FP&A & GL Accountant

＞Prepare the analysis of material %, operating expenses, gross margin and operating profit, and input financial insight for management review;

＞Prepare cash flow forecast on monthly basis;

＞Prepare the analysis by business models;

＞Other ad hoc financial analysis report per requirement;

＞Be a business partner with relevant departments, to provide necessary support per requirement;

SH GL

＞Month-end closing process owner of responsible for internal reporting unit;

＞Process the GL module and complete the monthly close process of GL module with an emphasis on the accuracy of data;

＞Ensure the production of accurate and timely financial statements and reporting;

＞Timely and accurately preparation and submission of group accounts report (BSR & Margin exposure, P&L analysis etc.);

＞Make sure that the transactions are booked in compliance with local and group accounting policies;

＞Analyze the accounts related with GL, prepare and document the GL reconciliation reports;

＞Prepare monthly bank reconciliations;

＞Filing documents to meet the HQ requirements and local hardcopy and softcopy requirements;

＞Prepare local statuary reports and annual budget;

＞Coordinate and support external & internal auditor for annual audit work;

＞Prepare annual CIT annual filing returns;

＞Prepare annual TP documentation.

＞Accurately and timely complete the ad-hoc jobs assigned by Finance manager.

Requirements:

＞10 years finance & accounting experience, above 5 years FP&A function experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred;

＞Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accountancy; CPA/CMA/ACCA is a plus;

＞Strong sense of business perspective and finance analysis is preferred;

＞Good in English writing and reading; basic English oral communication level;

＞Patient, careful and detail thinking;

＞Strong Sense of responsibility and dedication;

＞Teamwork spirit;

＞Skillful at MS software, especially Excel, and knowledge in Oracle is a plus;

＞Good time management skill;

＞High integrity.
