About the job
• Manage the order to cash process, for Complex component, Project, Field Service and Service Operations Orders from the order acceptance to invoicing (Order fulfillment, Ordering Equipment, Parts & Technical expertise, Monitoring cost, Warehousing, Order Shipping and Customer Invoicing).
• Customer support during the process: order status, delivery date. Purchase, control and preparation of supplier's shipping documents.
• Export & Import coordination: documentation, logistics, custom clearance.
• Handling of suppliers database.
• Backlog and WIP maintenance.
• Claims administration.
What you know
•Bachelor’s degree.
•2 years’ experience in order handling.
•Experienced in ERP system.
•Experienced in MS OFFICE.
•Good command of English, both oral and written.
•Good communication and coordination skill.
•Strong self-learning ability.
•Coordinate with others: Do proactive communication, build good relationship with other colleagues.
