1.独立制定年度业务计划和销售预测,并达成销售目标。
Independently implement the annual sales target with business plan and sales forecast.
2.独立维护并发展现有客户及潜在客户的关系,并从现有客户和潜在客户中发掘新的业务机会。
Independently maintain and improve the relationship with existing and potential customers, explore new business opportunities both in existing and potential customers.
3.维护并管理商务合同。
Maintain and manage business contract.
4.追踪并确保应收账款。
Tracking and ensure the account receivable.
5.定期了解并汇报市场信息以及竞争对手的活动,独立制定关键客户的客户策略。
Regular report the market information and competitor’s activities to company, independently make the customer strategy for key customers.
6.配合公司客户服务部门处理客户投诉及抱怨。
Cooperate with customer service department to solve customer complaint.
7.支持项目经理按期完成新项目的开发和产品交付。
Support project manage to implement the on time new project development and delivery.
8.上司指派的其他工作。
Complete the tasks assigned by supervisor.
岗位要求:

1.大学本科以上学历,机械等工科专业优先考虑
Bachelor degree or above, project management, mechanism or related major is preferred.
2.五年以上汽车零部件行业销售经验,能独立处理工作,具备汽车零部件行业较好的客户关系基础
More than 5 years sales related experience in automotive component industry, independent handle task , good customer relationship in automotive component industry.
3.诚实守信,敬业专业,高效执行,结果导向
Be honest and trustworthy, hard work and professional, efficient execution, result oriented
4.流利的英语读写及口语表达能力
Fluent written and oral English
5.熟悉微软 Office软件,包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Be familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6.良好的沟通和谈判技能
Good communication and negotiation skills
7.能适应频繁出差
Be able to travel frequently
