机械设计工程师

1、Mold manufacturing and process feasibility study based on product data, provide proposal for product design changes;

基于产品数据的模具制造和工艺的可行性研究，为产品的设计变更提供建议;

2、Design FRIMO technology molds, including construction, water line layout, run off surfacing;

设计孚利模技术标准的各种模具;

3、Design holding fixture for milling, scoring an checking fixtures;

设计铣削胎具和弱化胎具;

4、Work on standardization of main components;

根据主要部件标准进行设计;

5、Responsible for the company's tool design work, adopt reasonable methods and design ideas to complete the tool design

负责公司模具设计工作的开展，采取合理的方法和设计理念完成模具设计；

6、Responsible for the tool design scheme and process seminar

负责召开模具设计方案和工艺研讨会；

7、Other task that supervisor assigned.

完成 技术总监指派的其他任务.

岗位要求Requirements:

1、大学本科及以上学历，机械设计以及其他相关专业者优先;

College or above degree, major in mold, mechanical engineering or other relevant specialty;

2、三年以上非标自动化模具行业相关领域设计经验；

At least 2 years experience in non-standard mechanical design related field；

3、能够熟练使用CATIA V5 设计软件-，熟练使用曲面设计;

Strong knowledge with CATIA V5 is a must! - good at surface design;

4、较好的英语读写水平；

Good English reading and writing skills；

5、较好的团队协作能力.
