Our Product Engineering Team is responsible for Credo Hi-wire AEC products. AEC cables are plug-and-play copper interconnect cables designed for data center and telecom applications.
Product Definition (PRD), release testing with acceptance tests, second-line support of current accounts, and Training (internal/external). The team functions as a link between R&D and interacts with most of the other teams (Marketing, Field, Sales, QA, etc.); this job provides a broad exposure to whole pictures of the product. play a key role in shaping and directing product growth and development:
Job Description
● Define product feature or product specification based on in-depth understanding of customer requirements
● Product management from NPI to mass production, co-work with CM for the product continuous improvement and stability control.
● Responsible for yield improvement, failure analysis and 2nd source verification.
● Control and monitor the project production plan, including cost, schedule and quality.
● Research new technologies and innovations to develop new products and improve existing products
● Work closely with cross function team, including SE, AE, CM and Marketing to give great support to
customer
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor ’s degree or above in electrical or industry engineering or related major
● Above 6 years working experience as product engineer or process engineer, or R&D engineer, or application engineering in the relevant area.
● Familiar with the manufacturing process of ICT product or optical transceiver products is must. DAC, Optical module experience is a plus.
● Familiar with the products requirements or relevant standards for DAC, ACC, AOC, AEC cables, or optical transceivers/optical modules is a plus.
● Good at data analysis, familiar with quality management tools.
● Good at generate ideas, and provide innovative solutions to solve technical problems.
● Good communication skills in English, good spoken English is a plus.
