Quality Engineer质量工程师

1. Take a part in APQP team and ensure project quality target to be achieved, using the Advanced Quality planning tools, such as Design Review, PFMEAs, PPAP, R & R studies, Process Capability Studies, etc. m

在APQP过程实施质量控制。进行过程控制和解决问题。

2. Conduct process, product and quality systems audits with related function.

会同相关部门实施产品，过程和质量体系审核。

3. Track the Quality performance of product lines. Initiate Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs).

监控生产质量绩效，必要时启动纠正措施行动。

4. Conduct process control, ensure quality issues are tracked and resolved.

过程质量控制，问题跟踪和解决。

5. Identify and support productivity and process improvements. Lead and support initiatives for continuous improvement.

识别和支持过程改进，组织和支持持续改进活动。

任职资格Qualification：

1.专科及以上学历,机械等相关专业。

College degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.

2. 5年以上质量工程师工作经验，并且2年以上在汽车行业。

5 years experiences as a quality engineer and at least 2 years in auto industry.

3. 具备ISO/TS16949质量管理体系和相关手册基础知识。

Demonstrate knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and relevant manuals.

4.良好的英语读写能力。

Good English both in reading and writing.
