Required Knowledge, Traits and Skills Knowledge

- Minimum 7 years of experience in the industry that includes strong exposures to

61 Leather production, quality assurance, merchandising, technical sales and customer care

61 Knowledge in leather production such as grading, finishing and quality control

61 Ability to finalize the product standards well in advance prior to the commencement of bulk production

61 Ability to inspect sales sample leathers following the client’s comment on development samples

61 Knowledge on AQL (Accepted Quality Level) sample plan

61 Ability to inspect prototype samples by technically understanding the leather production process
