产品机械设计工程师（电机，风机，泵）

1. 参与或负责三级项目和大型二级项目，定义项目目标、项目计划和任务分配，并完成机械设计部分。

Take part in or lead Level Ill and bigger Level ll projects as project leader, define project target/project schedule/task assignments and complete mechanical design.

2. 与其他部门关于项目和支持工作进行沟通。

Communicate with the cross functional departments regarding ongoing projects and supports.

3. 负责新产品的样品制作及跟踪进度。

Be responsible for sample making and tracking of new products.

4. 负责机械部件设计，完成 2D 和 3D 图纸并在 PDM 中受控。

Be responsible for mechanical part design include 2D and 3D drawings. and control them in PDM.

5. 关于技术问题和时间计划，与其他设计工程师和客户/供应商进行沟通。

Communicate with other design engineer and customer/supplier for technical issue and

time schedule.

6. 处理来自客户和内部(如生产或供应商部件)的质量投诉/问题。

Handle quality complaints/problems from customers and internal like production or supplier parts

7. 能够根据经验和参考材料对新产品进行粗略的成本计算。

Be able to make a rough cost calculation for new products based on experience and reference material.

8. 在国际项自团队中工作

Work in international project teams.

9. 降本项目支持

Support cost down projects.(FG and parts)

10. 能够理解 CCCVDE/UL 标准并完成符合标准的设计。

Be able to understand CCC/VDE and UL standards and make the design meet the standard.

11. 定义新设计(成品和新零部件)的验证计划。

Define needed qualification plan for new design (FG and new parts).

12. 支持客户应用设计团队处理其他可能的工作。

Support customer application design team and take over any other possible work.

任职要求 Requirements:

1. 大学本科及以上学历，机械工程、电机、空气动力学等相关专业背景。

Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical/motor/aerodynamic engineering or equivalent.

2. 3~5 年研发经验，有项目负责人的经验者优先。

3~5 years R&D experience, have experience as project leader in R&D field plus.

3. 具有良好的机械设计知识

Good knowledge of mechanical design.

4. 熟悉操作 Pro-E 以及 Auto CAD 和 WindchillPRMk.

Be familiar with Pro-E operation include Auto CAD and WindchillVRRMLink.

5. 良好的沟通和协调能力。

Good communication and coordination skills.

6. 与其他部门的良好合作以及团队精神。

Good cooperation with other departments, and teamwork spirit.

7. 良好的中英文沟通能力〈书面和口语)，会德语优先。

Good at Mandarin and English communication (written & verbal).German would be a plus.

8、具有机械制造知识者优先

Mechanical manufacturing knowledge plus.
