职责描述:
As a member of the Sales Operations Team, a SO Specialist is responsible for managing the following through with our vendors to ensure PO is executed correctly. The role will work with cross-functional teams across both China and India to facilitate QC, logistics and warehouse are done on a timely manner. This is critical as it’s the heart of where supply meets demand.

1. Responsible for order arrangement, coordination, and implementation
负责订单的安排,协调,与实施
2. coordinate across warehouse, quality and logistics functional teams to complete the delivery of orders
确保订单审核,仓库,及物流部门完成订单的交付
3. Manage boutique timeline and mating it to available supply
跟进产品供应时间确保按时出货
4. Manage internal communication between China and India
协调中国及印度办公室各团队之间订单沟通
5. Drive process improvement to better shorten on time delivery timeline
改善及缩短产品出货期
6. A one-stop shop as the go to person on PO
进货订单的一站式负责人
任职要求:
1. 3+ years of sales operations experience
3年以上销售运营、跟单工作经验
2. Proficient at Excel skills and comfortable in work with CRM and ERP systems
能熟练应用Excel,并且能够使用CRM和ERP系统
3. Possess problem solving skills, detail oriented, and analytical skills
具备解决问题和分析能力,注重细节
4. Must be a self-starter and shows ownership and commitment on the job
对工作认真负责,具备独立工作能力
5. Roll up the sleeves, action-oriented mindset to have an impact in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing growth environment
能够适应快速发展的工作环境
6. Basic communication skills in English both written and verbal
具备基本的英文口语和读写能力
