职位描述
Responsibility
Work closely with the business function to understand and clarify the existing and potential system demand, to maximize the system contribution to the business.
Build up the digitalize and centralize model to improve automation, visibility to improve business efficiency and drive demands
Work with in-house tech team and vendor to translate the demand into specific system solution, and furthermore follow the system development and go live.
Take project management, like as business analysis, system design, system implementation, UAT, Training and risks management
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience on system management product manager relevant, just like as mobile app and system solution design based on IT technical
At least 5 years of experience on project management of business solution
Special Knowledge & skill:
Sales system project management or product manager relevant background is preferred
Business oriented thinking specially in sales operation, consumer CRM and business intelligence
Project management in sales system based on sales operation management and IT technical solution
Good data analysis skills
Speak fluent English with computer proficiency in MS Office
Good communication skill and conceptual thinking are essential
Able to travel
