主要职责:
61 作为客户的主要联系点,负责海外代理、客户的开发和维护
61 依托公司的产品优势,向海外代理推广优势航线,接受客户咨询,提供报价
61 与海外同事配合,寻找销售线索并拓展业务,建立和维护与内部客户、操作的关系
61 订单的跟踪、反馈货物信息
61 跟进海外代理和直客的应收款回款
61 了解海外货代市场的运价,掌握海外代理信息
61 To be primary point of contact with overseas agency/customer, selling service across business unit (Seafreight, airfreight )with a specific focus on the assigned business unit.
61 To develop spot and regular opportunities with existing and new overseas customers.
61 Contact with overseas colleagues and participate in development of business locally or overseas.
61 To ensure proper transitioning of customers to operations in line with customer requirements and internal
procedures as well as account receivable.
61 Prepare quotations and follow-up offers in cooperation with the purchasing and operations developments.
61 Always meet compliance to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as operational
process standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer’s policies and requirements.
