Job Related Experience 工作经验:

5+ Years of experience in Auto project management field.

5年以上汽车行业项目管理经验

Specific Knowledge and Certificate/License 所需专业知识、证书或许可:

- English proficiency.英语流利

- Being proactive and possess high sense of responsibility. 积极主动，责任心强

Job Responsibility:

1. Take ownership and responsibility for new product from design to mass production sign-off.

负责新产品从设计到量产转移

2. Ensure compilation and recovery of NRE and other project related costs.

负责汇总新产品生产相关的投资费用

3. Prepare and circulate related management reports incorporating the key performance indicators, including Rev, OTD, QBR score and On time mass production rate

负责达成新产品相关的KPI，如按时出货率客户满意度，量产及时率等。

4. Provide project and accounting review to senior management.

定期提供新产品项目状况报告给高级管理层

5. Assist in compilation of RFQ and pricing review.

协助新品报价和价格复议

6. Maintain effective communication channel between customers and company Strengthen customer/company relationship and aim to over-serve customers.

维护客户与公司之间的有效沟通渠道，加强客户和公司关系，以服务客户为目标。

7. Liaise with internal departments to ensure satisfactory fulfilment of all commitments to customers.

协调公司各内部部门，确保客户的承诺得到满意的履行

8. To create/maintain related documents according to company’s standards and requirements.
