YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be responsible for the Production scheduling, including: a. Process orders creation, material availability check, routing creation and regular update. b. Coordinate cross functions include QA, material planning, warehouse, production, engineering team to well achieve prodction plan. c. Responsible for production BOM cut over based on the material cut over plan.

Be responsible for the material master associated work of Beijing supply center medical device plant (SAP plant HL18) which is including: a. Be responsible for material master creation, extension and change; PROMAT and LOCMAT flow setup and local material master data operation procedure drafting. b. Act as the material master business window person of SCM team to communicate with GLOBAL Material Master Governance and support team, with Windchill Local users and LOCMAT tab local business owners, ensure the communication is effective and efficient. c. Be responsible for the material master data governance to ensure production related master data are in good condition. d. Be responsible and capable of troubleshooting on master data related issues so as to ensure business continuity

To support the monthly stock taking and SCM documentation archive

To support the project execution of new product introduing of Beijing supply center medical device plant.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s or above degree

Have good awareness of GMP or have associated experiences.

Proficient in English is an obligation (both speaking and writting).

Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfortable working with individuals across different functions / department/nations.

Excellent communication skills.
