Cadence AE team is looking for an application engineer with experience in signal integrity/power integrity analysis, electromagnetic (EM) simulation. The candidate will work closely with customers in supporting technical campaigns by mail/phone call
support, system-level SI/PI design delivery, product demonstrations and onsite support. The candidate will have opportunities to work with Cadence IP team for some latest IO interface designs, such as, (LP)DDR4/5/6, 112G/224 Serdes, GDDR6/7, HBM3/3E, etc..
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support by mail/phone call and onsite support
Provide technical application guide on SI/PI for 3D/2.5D/PKG/PCB designs and evaluate with Cadence simulation tools
Work on customers’ project to perform system-level SI/PI analysis and optimization
Work with Sales team to explore marketing opportunity
Requirements：
1. BS degree or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering
2. 3+ year SI/PI/EM related working experience
3. Experience in using Cadence system simulation tools or other related simulation tools
4. Good understanding of power integrity and signal integrity and EM technology
5. Knowledge of PCB/Package design
6. Able to communicate effectively with R&D, Product Engineering, Marketing and with customers
7.Good ability for listening, speaking, reading and writing English
8. Self-starter, self-sufficient, able to work independently as well as with teams
