2. 负责职责范围内新生产工艺的执行和维护，组织相关人员进行工艺的持续改进和新项目爬坡阶段相关的问题分析和解决；

Monitor and maintain the new process, work with team for process continuous improvement and new project ramp up problem solving.

3. 负责组织实施和改进生产过程的安全、质量、成本、交付、管理的目标；

Lead team reach and improve SQDCM indicators.

4. 负责生产过程标准化作业的实施和改进；

In charge of manufacturing SWI application and improvement.

5. 负责本区域的精益生产方法的实施和持续改进工作；

Implement lean production.

6. 协调并监管外部供应商

Arrange and monitor the working of external suppliers.

7. 作为Owner协调并推动相关职能团队完成改善

Take ownership to promote cross functional team for improvement.

8. 完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜；

Accomplish other works assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，理工科类背景；

College degree or above in mechanical or automotive industry

2、五年以上生产管理工作经验，其中最少三年制造相关工作经验；

5 years working experience on production management, minimum 3 years

3、掌握精益生产的理念和方法并在实际生产中运用；

Understand lean production system and methods, practiced in daily production;

4、熟悉鱼骨图，8D，SPC等质量管理工具；

Familiar with quality management tools such as fishbone chart，8D，SPC;

5、有较强的组织协调能力和问题分析解决能力以及沟通能力；

Strong organization and coordination ability, problem analysis and solution ability and communication ability；

6、13英语4级及以上，具备听说读写的能力；熟练使用微软办公软件，特别是电子表格。

CET 4 with English speaking and writing; good at MS OFFICE, especially for EXCEL;
