Sr. SQE

1.Quality preventive, Quality assurance: Work with CFT (Cross function team) follow up supplier electromechanical part and tool/fixture release status, push and coaching supplier APQP/ PPAP, ensure NPI project plan implement;

2.Create effective & efficient IQC and SPC Inspection plans, WI for all test procedures, Define test method for single part inspection;

3.PPAP/ ISI release report establishes and send to customer approve if part is ready for production;

4.New project part FOT, ER1, ER2, Pilot run monitoring, improvement and follow up;

5.Supplier Audit – Process Audit, ISO audit, Risk assessment;

6.Train the IQC inspector in time so that they can get full understanding about the new mold/part status;

7.Problem -Solving: To follow up the complaint about metal part quality from customer, market, production line in time by 8D report. Root cause, corrective action, Effectiveness;

8.KPI improvement- DDPM, LRR and Quality incident, 8D.

Required:

1.Above 5 years’ experience of electromechanical part quality engineering. Pump, valve, motor, PCBA, cable …

2.Be familiar with electromechanical part release/approval process -APQP, PPAP;

3.To fully understand the tolerance analysis and engineering knowledge;

4.Good English communication in Listening, speaking, reading and writing;

5.Skill for ISO &Process Audit, Quality Tool, Supplier quality management;

6.Rich Experience for Pump, motor, valve, metal, PCBA etc. process, Failure model, problem solving skill;

7.Project experience – Kai Zen, Six Sigma GB/BB is preferring.
