职位描述

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Visitors greeting and registration, answer/forward incoming calls
Office Supply management (Water, Drinks, stationary, others)
Name cards and letterhead paper printing
Magazines and newspaper order and issue
Express and mail delivery, record and monthly apportionment of expenses
Dispatch the fax in
Maintenance the office facilities
Office badge management
Tickets and hotel booking as needed
Meeting room booking and meal arrangement as needed
Vendor’s payment
Internal cost allocation
Assist with office drivers management
Assist with housekeeping management
Education & Experience
College degree or above
Workable English in both written and speaking
1-2 years relative experience in foreign company, MNC HQ preferred
Required Skills
Fluent in using MS office
Using EPR to place order, receiving
Soft Skills
Service-oriented mindset, active working attitude
Team work sprit
