Job Descriptions:
? Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
? Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, issues and quality related matters.
? Take proactive steps to reconcile forecasts, backlog and shipments in order to meet customer demand and target Sales revenue.
? Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to close supply gaps.
? Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
? Participate in business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
? Monitoring and partner with sales team on design pipeline performance
? Track/Communicate production progress and priorities to relevant stakeholders to ensure supply targets.
? Conduct Asset data analysis and performance metrics with Chanel Partners to identify trends, patterns and suggest areas for improvements
? Data analysis provider that empower for sales team with valuable insights and tools to drive sales growth and achieve organizational objectives more effectively
? Support to verify and screening potential DAR account linkage.
? Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements:
? Good Excel and PowerPoint skill
? Fluent in English
? Experience with supply chain will be preferred
? At least 3 years’ experience with IC industry will be preferred
? Familiar with Power BI will be preferred
