· Support global and local for related operational process improved project.

- CN RARO centralized order process optimization and governance set-up

- VCR Order Management global roll-out

- Other CN RARO process optimization projects

- etc.

· Support daily work of orders execution with improvement area if have – Motor related order handling and order change management with good communication between LBLs.

· Drive misc. project (Design to order project of important customer delivery) to ensure that the technical specification, delivery procedure, delivery plans, Transfer price, purchase of material are correct and well-coordinated between the stakeholders (customer, LBU, R&D, Operational Planning etc.) locally as well as when applicable globally.

Knowledge:

· Bachelor’s degree, with project management background is Preferred

· +5 Years working experience
