职位描述

Major Responsibilities:

-Assistant lead project buyer to do supplier sourcing (sending out RFl), auditing (prepare auditreport) and inform Head of Procurement on timely basis for the result of the audit and follow upstatus

Prepare the bidder list and send out inguiry under the guide of lead project buyer or Head ofprocurement

-Obtain quotations and make commercial evaluation, Bid summary under the guide of lead projectbuyer or Head of procurement

-Prepare PO or Contract and send to lead project buyer and project manager for approva-Work with expeditor for follow-up of contract or PO after PO or contract being releasedPrepare payment request and arrange payment afterwardsOther work assigned by Lead project buyer or Head of procurement

Requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanics preferred, Engineer background is preferred-More than 3 years' experiences in procurement, minimum 1 years' experience in projectprocurement execution, experience in Engineering Company preferred (MNC is a plus).-Good Negotiation skill, Excellent coordination capability, Good Pc skill, Good English both in oraand written, carefulness, patience, team work spirit.
