采购经理

1、Define personal development target and training plan, and monitoring implement effectively / 制定员工个人发展目标及培训计划并监控有效实施

2、Define annual direct material saving target and Localization plan, ensure the cost reduction initiatives be carry out and achieved /制定年度直接材料成本降低目标及国产化计划，并确保降本方案的实施及目标的完成

3、Ensure the purchasing activity to meet procedure and internal customer’s requirement/确保采购活动符合流程并满足内部客户的需求

4、Ensure the purchasing contract and spot buy orders issue and control/确保采购所需的合同及零星采购定单的制定及发放

5、Ensure supplier quality management implement effectively, meet internal customer requirement/确保供应商质量管理工作有效实施，满足内部客户需要

6、Implement internal control policy, ensure all activity under the internal control requirement/执行内控政策，确保所有的采购行为符合内控

7、Set and control department budget/部门费用预算控制

8、Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety.

遵守并支持EHS政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护。节约能源，减少废弃物。符合国家法规的规定。保障员工的健康安全。

二、Basic qualifications 基本条件

1、Bachelor degree and above

2、5 years global purchasing experience, 2 years manager experience

5年以上全球采购经验, 2 年以上管理经验

3、Be familiar with purchasing procedure, quality system and supplier chain management

熟悉采购流程、质量体系及供应链控制

4、Good English writing and speaking skills

流利的英语口语及书面表达能力

5、Be skilled in using computer office software

熟练使用电脑办公软件
