2.Record,Stastic and report to all kinds of data related to production;

负责按照要求进行各种生产数据的记录、统计和上报；

3.be responsible for supervising whether the operators act and record according to WI, regulation and related requirements;

负责监督本线员工工艺、设备、安全、公司规章制度等文件的执行情况；

4.Stop any breaking rules and discipline actions and report it to shift leaders;

制止本线员工违章、违纪行为，并报告给领班；

5.Have the power to stop the production line when quality issue happened;

当产生质量问题，有权停止生产线，并及时将异常状况汇报给领班；

6. be responsible for line 4M1E management and report the abnormal issue to shift leader；

负责本生产线人、机、料、法、环的管理和异常状况的汇报；

7. Give training to new employees and qualified the operators;

本线新员工的上岗前培训及资格认可；

8. Take over the worker when the operator asked a leave;

临时性的顶岗；

9. Give advice to the shift leader how the operators performance; 负责对本线员工进行月度考核

10. Transmit the company's requirement and regulation to operators； 负责将公司要求、上级安排传达给下面员工；

11. Coordinate the resource to assure the task can be fulfilled on time； 合理分配本线资源，以确保生产任务保质保量的完成；

12. be responsible for 5S management； 负责区域内5S的管理；

13. Other things. 其他临时安排的事宜。
