职位描述
61 Regular hourly and contingency employees recruitment/onboarding/exit management.
61 Labor contract management for risks control.
61 HR KPI and OMS data management providing support on HR report and data analysis.
61 Work with HRIS for ATS management, incl. attendance, leave management, OT management etc.
61 Understand business to manage/control annual HC planning.
61Maintain good communication with employees and focus on employee relations improvement.
61 Continuous improvement in workflows and processes.
61 Other tasks assigned by manager;
61Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5 years related working experience in MNC.
61Be patient of detail and accuracy in work. Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
61Must be self-directed and innovative; effectively prioritize tasks with good time management skills.
61The work experience in Employee Relationship, recruitment or other HR function is preferred.
61Good skill in Microsoft Office and related HR management software.
61Familiar with Labor Laws;
61Good command of English in writing.
61Good communication skill and teamwork.
