Our products are used by lighting designers, illuminators and event technicians - they appreciate the very high quality and the numerous functions of our products (such as app control, wireless DMX, integrated battery).
Job Introduction
Astera LED Technology is looking for a motivated individual to support our Sales team in Shenzhen. We are looking for somebody that can build up relationships and cooperate well with customers and colleagues, pays attention to detail in their daily work and has a high level of integrity.
Main Tasks
※ Process orders from overseas distributors in time and make sure special requirements of each customer are taken care of
※ Keep an overview over orders, payments, logistics etc. by filling out databases
※ Keep distributors up to date about orders, products, and other developments
※ Build a strong and long-term relationship with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
※ Handle customer issues and complaints professionally and timely
※ Be an active part of the sales team and support the overall goal of the department by cooperating with the other team members and other departments as necessary
※ Help proofread Chinese marketing material such as catalogs, datasheets & website updates
※ Prepare and attend domestic exhibitions as required
※ Additional tasks and projects within the sales department will be assigned according to competence of the candidate
Requirements:
※ University degree
※ Excellent English level in speaking and writing, ability to communicate with international customers and colleagues daily
※ Ability to use Microsoft Windows (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and ERP systems in daily work
※ Work responsibly and with attention to detail, report problems timely and try to solve them efficiently
※ Ability to follow instructions and work independently after an on-boarding process
※ Ability to work in a team and under pressure
※ Ability to communicate in a second foreign language is an advantage
※ Experience in B2B account management preferable
