61 Research and develop ideas for new products, technologies, components, processes and the systems used to make them. Work to improve the performance of existing products.

61 Ability to capture and specify the design requirements

61 Research concept ideas to work out whether new developments and innovations would work and be cost effective

61 Analyse the Engineering and Project input in order to interrogate it, reach an agreement and integrate it formally in a Design solution

61 Analyses the design proposals and the technical information in order to identify the issues arising during product development, defining and implementing adequate solutions in order to reach a feasible proposal with a high perfect quality

61 Attend design reviews to present design ideas and to discuss and critique alternative design solutions

61 Carry out simulations of products for new and prototype projects using inhouse software for the customer and provide support and feedback on design

61 Analyse and manage multiple design related issues to identify root cause

61 Modify designs based on the analysis to re-test and analyse until design meets specification requirements

61 Make design changes on existing products and track design changes

61 Control of Bill of Materials (BoM), CAD Models and Engineering Drawings

Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications and experience levels）

职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）

61 Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, vehicle, mechanical, electrical, material, etc.

机械、车辆、机电、材料等理工类专业本科及以上学历；

61 With strong mechanical design, problem solving ability.

具有较强的机械设计，问题解决能力；

61 Familiar with CATIA or UG design software.

熟练使用CATIA或UG设计软件；

61 Good communication ability, innovation ability and the team cooperation spirit;

良好的沟通能力、创新能力和团队协作精神；

61 With injection molding/stamping die design, injection molding/stamping parts design related experience is preferred;

具备注塑/冲压模具设计、注塑件/冲压件设计相关经验者优先考虑；

61 Good spoken and written English.

良好的英语说写能力。
