Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with mini-program development, particularly in the travel or cruise industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing process and Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with salesforce developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for Salesforce and mini-program projects.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.

- Develop and maintain documentation such as process flows, user stories, and technical specifications, training materials.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training sessions.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and mini-program issues as business interface.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

- Above 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM

201) or Salesforce Platform App Builder are highly desirable.

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and mini-program development.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners.

- Fluent in verbal and written English skill

- Prior experience in the travel or cruise industry is a plus.
