Job Descriptions:
Handing incoming calls and transferring. Reduce unanswered calls and provide fast and accurate telephone handing services. Maintain daily record for visitors and daily use material for reception area.
负责来电接听和转接,提供快速、准确的电话接听服务,减少未接来电。负责日常访客接待,维护访客记录及前台日常所需物料。
Provide travel support mainly focus on travel booking. Monitor the service of cooperated vendor. Monthly payment checking and application.
公司差旅服务支持,沟通和监督合作供应商的服务,月度费用申请支付。
Responsible for reception area maintenance and vendor management
负责前台区域的日常维护及供应商管理。
Other Administration support assigned by direct supervisor.
其他行政支持工作。
Job Requirements:
College degree and relative 1 year working experience大专以上学历,1年以上工作经验
Basic spoken and written English skills 基本的应于口语和书写能力
Excellent customer service orientation and good team work 优秀的客户服务和良好的团队合作精神
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills优秀的沟通能力
Strong job responsibilities, be able to work independently较强的工作责任心,能够独立工作
