Your Profile:

61Academic degree in technical field or equivalent

615+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment

61Profound knowledge & experience of Operations

61Excellent comprehension and understanding of products & manufacturing processes of the product line/ region

61At least three years Project Management and launch related experience through the entire project life cycle as outlined in the PMI PMBOK (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing)

61Strong leadership skills in the matrix with team spirit

61Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problem, to present topics, to run project and building teams

61Robust network within Product Line/Region and Divisions

61Very good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English

61Coaching skills on management level
