Process Engineer (贴合/冲压方面）

1.1 了解自动化生产线，包括冲压、贴胶、贴合、检测等部分

Understand automated production lines, including stamping, gluing, bonding, testing, and other parts

1.2 熟练掌握金属料带贴PSA、模切结构孔、换保护膜（Top PF）、连续模落料、贴保护膜（Bottom PF）等工艺

Proficient in metal strip PSA, die-cutting structural holes, changing protective film (Top PF), continuous die cutting, and applying protective film (Bottom PF) processes

1.3 熟悉相关报告撰写，如CP、PFMEA、FLOWCHART、CPK、性能测试报告等

Familiar with writing relevant reports, such as CP PFMEA、FLOWCHART、CPK、 Performance test report, etc

1.4 了解蚀刻及模切工艺

Understand etching and die-cutting processes

1.5 在技术，工艺和新项目沟通上，提供给客户支持；

Customer support in technical, process and new project communication

1.6 工艺设计，同时提供基于此工艺评估的报价

New product prove-in, design the tooling and process of mass production, and solve related technical problem.

1.7 新产品导入，量产工艺，以及解决相关技术问题

Engineering: Engineering daily responsibility, like quotation base on process evaluation, as well as engineering documents.

1.8 创建工艺文件，和相关的工程文件比如作业指导书, 制程失效模式及影响分析, 制程管控计划, 控制计划和流程图；

Set up process document, and related engineering document like WI, PFMEA, PMP, Control Plan & Process Flow chart.

1.9 在IFS系统中，输入物料清单和工序，维护相关数据；

Make Structure & Routing of new product, maintain the data of IFS system.

1.10 管控供应商产品，包括报价评估，技术支持，样品制作等；

Manage the supplier products, including quotation estimation, technique support, sample making etc.

1.11 执行改善项目以达到或超过预期的良率水平

To perform a improvement programs to achieve or exceed desired production yields levels.

1.12 项目管理，和项目团队一起合作以实现新的业务；

Project handle, work with project team to achieve the new business.

13 协助QA解决客户投诉，识别问题（根本原因分析）以及采取适当的行动；

Support QA for customer ‘s complains, identify problem (root cause analysis), and take appropriate actions

1.14 完成工程经理分配的其他工作；

Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.

二、所需资格条件Qualifications

2.1 有学士学位，是机械或相关专业

Bachelor's degree Major: Mechanical or related

2.2 熟练掌握Office软件，AutoCAD和项目管理。如有Pro-E, ISO9001, DOE, FMEA, PMP等经验者优先

Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project management. Pro-E, ISO9001, DOE, FMEA, PMP experience is prefer
