Production manager 生产经理

1.manage the development, performance and maintenance of the H&E production to produce smooth and efficient production and delivery solutions, performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets.

2.ensuring that the team understands that the organization’s profits are reflected in all its manufacturing production and activities– including relationships and risk management.

3.contribute to training and development of the team and and the smooth running of the team.

4.assisting line manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans.

5.maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities e.g. ISO certification, 6S, Lean.

Education Background & other ability requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above

2.strong communication skills English and Chinse.

3.Leadership skills & competencies are required.

4.If there is experience in intimates apparel is added advantage.

5.To consider wider range of experiences, from zero managerial experience to 15years managerial experience.
