负责GT集团AEM产品新工艺的开发。

Main Activities

-Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end technology and production transfer projects between AEM and GTM, ensuring on-time, quality, and compliance delivery.

负责AEM与墨西哥工厂之间的技术转移、生产转移项目的全流程规划、执行与监控，确保项目按时、保质、合规完成。

-Follow project plans and coordinate cross-departmental (production, R&D, procurement, logistics, etc.) and cross-border teamwork. Follow the GT project process.

跟进项目计划，协调跨部门（生产、研发、采购、物流等）和跨国团队合作。遵循GT项目流程。

-Liaise with technical teams from both AEM and GTM to ensure accurate transfer and localization adaptation of technical documents (BOM, drawings, process standards, etc.), equipment, and material lists.

对接AEM与墨西哥工厂双方工厂的技术团队，确保技术文件（BOM、图纸、工艺标准等）、设备、物料清单的准确转移与本地化适配。

-Identify potential risks in project transfers (e.g., policy compliance, supply chain, technical standard differences) and develop mitigation plans.

识别项目转移中的潜在风险（如政策合规、供应链、技术标准差异），制定应对方案。

-Resolve issues during the transfer process and coordinate resources for timely solutions.

解决转移过程中的各类问题并协调相关资源，及时解决问题。

-Lead regular project meetings (in English and Chinese), synchronize progress, eliminate information gaps, and ensure alignment between both parties.

主持定期项目会议（中英文），同步进度、消除信息差，确保双方目标一致。

-Address collaboration challenges caused by cultural differences or time zones to improve communication efficiency.

协调处理因文化差异或时区导致的协作问题，提升沟通效率。

-Will be in charge of new process technology industrialization until successful mass production.

负责新工艺技术的产业化，直至成功量产。

-Document the entire project lifecycle and establish standardized transfer processes for future reference.

归档项目全周期文档，建立标准化转移流程，为后续项目提供参考。

Profile

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Motor Engineering, or related fields.

本科及以上学历，机械工程、电子工程、电机工程等相关专业。

Experience:

-5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, with successful cases of technology/production transfers from domestic to overseas factories; familiar with the full transfer process (assessment-planning-implementation-verification).

5年以上制造业项目管理经验，有国内向海外工厂技术/生产转移成功案例，熟悉转移全流程（评估-规划-实施-验收）

-Technical background in mechanical/electronics industries (e.g., able to read drawings and understand production processes); experience in motor-related products is preferred.

具备机械/电子行业技术背景（如能读懂图纸、了解生产工艺），有电机类产品经验优先。

-Experience in Mexico or Latin American markets is a plus.

有墨西哥或拉美市场项目经验者加分。

-Proficient in project management tools and familiar with APQP processes.

熟练掌握项目管理工具，熟悉APQP流程。

-PMP certification is a plus.

拥有PMP认证为加分项。

Languages:

-Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, communication with foreigners

良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，能与外国人交流

Other:

-Proficiency in office software skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project. Understands EPR system.

熟练使用Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project等办公软件，了解EPR系统。

-Strong cross-cultural communication, organizational, stress management, and problem-solving skills.

优秀的跨文化沟通能力、组织能力、抗压能力及问题解决能力。

-Readiness to travel outside of China (2 weeks ~ 1 month)
