According to the company's product R&D and project tasks, This role is accountable for leading the test facility team and daily management of testing tasks.
1. Focus on HSE, operation, planning, people and finance book for test facility in Shanghai;
2. Delivery testing task on time with high quality per product line request, handle with customer witness;
3. Support the company's R&D experiment tasks;
4. Other duties as assigned
61 Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
61 Good communication skills in English to work with headquarter management team.
61 Good communication skills to work with customers during witness tests.
61 Good management skills to lead the test facility team and run daily operation.
61 Experience in burner, flare or thermal oxidizer/boiler design and test is preferred.
61 Bachelor degree of Mechanical, energy engineering or chemical process
61 5+ years working experience in petroleum industry and oil/gas/refinery/ chemical production company, test laboratory or equal experience;
Good leadership capability;
Good at English writing and speaking.
