Jr. PM Manager

-Within 3 years' experience in project management, Familiar with office SW, such as Project / Power point, etc三年以内项目管理经验，熟悉Office软件，如项目计划/PPT等；

-Understanding of production plannings; Familiar quality control process了解生产计划，熟悉质量控制流程；

-Strong communication skills and can-do attitude, good at negotiation很强的沟通能力以及，对待自己从事的事业积极乐观；擅长谈判；

-Experience on HVAC product and PMP certification preferred有相应的空调产品知识和PMP证书优先；

-Basic English ability in writing and communication 能英语书写及简单交流。

Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Establish project teams, develop and monitor project development plans; Identify project risks and develop relevant improvement action组建项目团队、制定和监控项目开发计划；识别项目风险并制定相关的改善措施；

-As a customer liaison window, responsible for coordinating the delivery of overhaul projects and coordinating the handling of internal and external stakeholder requirements related to the project作为客户需求的对接窗口，负责检修项目的产品交付协调，协调处理相关项目内外部干系人需求；

-Responsible for daily updates of overhaul sales order information in SAP; Control project costs based on project milestones 负责在SAP中对检修销售订单信息的日常更新；结合项目节点对项目成本进行管控；

-Organize and participate in the review of key nodes/milestones in the overhaul project cycle组织并参与检修项目周期能各关键节点/里程碑的评审。
