职位描述

1. Job Summary
To provide full assistance and support to operator hiring, onboard & exit procedure handling, HR report prepare, p-file management, etc.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Implement the hiring process: including
85 Delivery DL hiring request, search DL & IDL candidate and arrange the interviews.
85 Track the physical examination result of new hired.
85 Check and hard copy new employees’ ID, education certificate and registered permanent residence etc.
85 Fix the on board day.
85 In charge of labor contract and relative documents signature.
85 Maintenance and update HR System.
85 Inform relative department for new employees registration.
85 Arrange permanent residence transfer if necessary.
2. Implement the registration process: including
85 In charge of labor contract and relative documents signature.
85 Maintenance and update HR System.
85 Inform relative department for new employees registration.
85 Monitor the resignee’s clearance
85 Issue the termination certificate
3. Take charge of P-file management: including
85 Archive new staffs’ document in his(her) personal file in HR.
85 Regularly check and ensure all documents filed and kept.
4. Other duties and responsibilities appointed by HR Supervisor.
Note: Total above duties and responsibilities need to be implemented by the position holder in time and meet Labor Law requirement.
3. Job Specification:
General requirements:
1. Grade 3 or above in full-time undergraduate(university).(全日制本科大三以上优先考虑)
2. Excellent computer skills, such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.
3. Good English skills in verbal and written.
4. Good communication skill and team work.
5. High sense of responsibility, confidentiality.
6. Honest, integrity and dedication to work is a must, and an excellent health is expected.
