职位描述

Job Description:
1. Data inputs and updates timely in system, including setting up new sales orders, invoicing or billing, etc.
在系统中录入和更新销售数据,包括新建销售订单,创建发票等;
2. Allocate daily sales orders timely, communicate with order center team.
按时对每天的销售订单进行分配,并和订单中心的同事及时沟通;
3. Coordinate and assist with logistic department to ensure completion of orders and delivery on time
与物流部门合作确保订单的完成和及时送达;
4. Coordinate with customers for collating the sales order
与客户进行销售订单明细的对账;
5. Follow up the invoice and payment issues with customers
跟进客户的开票和收款事宜;
6. Update sales data and reports weekly
每周更新销售报表;
7. Coordinate with third party to prepare documents of imported products for CIQ and Customs
与第三方公司合作准备海关和出入境相关文件;
8. Follow up the customs clearance procedure
跟进海关清关流程;
9. Coordinate with Finance Team for outstanding payment of imported products;
与财务部合作进行对外付汇;
10. Support marketing department for events if necessary
在展会或者活动时支持市场部工作;
11. Provide admin support to sales team
为销售部门提供行政支持。
12. FMCG or Food industry experience,
