Sourcing Division Manager

Dinova Guangzhou is the sourcing office for La Foir’Fouille, a leading French retail brand specializing in home and lifestyle products.

We are looking for a Sourcing Division Manager / 采购部门负责人 to lead one of our sourcing divisions and coordinate projects across product categories.

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

61 Define yearly planning for fairs, samples, and orders

61 Follow up on sourcing and supplier evaluations

61 Track project timelines and escalate issues

61 Organize KPI reviews and monthly performance meetings

61 Coordinate with internal teams: Quality, Merchandising, Shipping, etc.

61 Maintain system data and support showroom setup

任职要求 / Requirements

61 5+ years’ experience in sourcing, project or team management

61 Fluent in English (spoken and written)

61 Strong organizational and communication skills

61 Analytical mindset and confident with performance tracking

61 Team leadership experience is a plus
