1. Leading the project power electronic technical work packages.

2. Provide HQ to Power Electronic new innovation and upstream projects.

3. Provide the support to stakeholder for their Power Electronic product engineering projects(mainly inverter and OBC/DCDC/PDU)

4. Contribute to the definition of the future NEV Power Electronic innovation and strategy by doing competitiveness analysis (technical performance, economics, cost, customer value…)

5. Contribute to Power Electronic design (Power Electronics, EMC, SW strategy, thermal and durability analysis) for China market by delivering technical specification.

Main indicators – Key deliverables

1. Project request deliverables (include design concept, simulation, validation and report...etc.).

2. China market power electronic tech status and trend forecast for strategy definition.

1. Cross-functional teams including battery team, system team, charging team, benchmark team and PMO team.

Requirement (Knowledge, Competency, Skills and Experience)

1. Bachelor and above degree in Automotive, Power electronics field.

2. Work experience mainly Power Electronics, inverters (must have) and OBC/DCDC (nice to have) design & development and related knowhow of Hardware design, mechanical design, durability, thermal analysis, data analysis, functional safety.

3. 3+ years of NEV experience, especially Inverter or OBC/DCDC design experience.

4. Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies.

5. Able to communicate and work in English.

6. Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership.
