1.Work and manage closely with a team to interpret client’s brief and develop retail store design ideas

2.Analyzed store space and layout to assess display design requirement

分析店铺的空间和布局以评估陈列设计需求

3.Manage the design process and develop clear & concise construction drawings (Full set)including 3D rendering for review and approval

掌控设计进程，开发清晰明确的全套结构图纸包括3D效果图的的审查和确认

4.Understand requirements of construction (building work comply with health and safety regulations), installation and fit-out for retail store

了解零售店的建筑（建筑工作符合健康和安全法规）、安装和装修要求。

5.Validated floor plans, store layouts and overall design – especially related to building codes and ADA compliances

验证楼层平面图，店铺布局和整体设计-尤其是与建筑规范和ADA遵从性相关的

6.Site evaluation and report 现场测评与报告

7.Deal with external contractors and shop-fitters

与外部承包商以及商店装修商打交道

8.Managing budgets

9.Educate and update new techniques, details and direction for store design

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历

2.有展示架行业、铁制品或木制家具工作经验5年以上

3.精通英语，精通solidworks及CAD软件，熟练使用Revit软件。

4.卓越的领导才能、决策能力、敏锐的市场判断能力、企业经营管理能力；

5.出色的计划、协调、组织、指导和推动能力，出色人际关系处理能力和沟通能力，对紧急、复杂问题能快速反应、沉着应对。
