61 Sample analysis

样品检测与分析

Physiochemical, microbial or instrumental analysis of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products (such as pH, moisture, particle size, heavy metal content, microbial limits, etc.) according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

按照标准操作规程（SOP）对原材料、半成品和成品进行理化、微生物或仪器分析检测（如pH值、水分、粒度、重金属含量、微生物限度等）。

61 Operate laboratory instruments (such as HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometer, electron scale, microscope, etc.) to ensure data accuracy.

操作实验室仪器（如HPLC、GC、紫外分光光度计、电子天平、显微镜等），确保数据准确。

61 Record experimental data, fill out test reports to ensure traceability.

记录实验数据，填写检测报告，确保可追溯性。

61 Quality Control and Compliance

质量控制与合规性

Ensure that the testing process complies with industry standards (e.g. ISO, GMP, FDA, pharmacopoeia, etc.).

Identify abnormal test results, report them in a timely manner and assist in investigating causes.

确保检测过程符合行业标准（如ISO、GMP、FDA、药典等）。

识别检测结果异常，及时上报并协助调查原因。

61 Participate in quality risk assessments and make improvement recommendations.

参与质量风险评估，提出改进建议。

61 Operating the bioreactors (e.g. Acetators®) in our lab and other lab equipment, testing the raw materials of our customers and developing new product recipes

61 Startup of the bioreactors (e.g. Acetators®) of our customers
