MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 As the *** responsible person in charge of the department, make sure daily production, maintenance, repairing activities follow Synthomer SHE standard and requires, monitoring, correct and report any non-compliance issues within owned area.
61 Properly manage and allocate resources of materials, labor and consumptions to deliver the planned daily volume.
61 Collect, monitoring and analysis production related data (output, utilities, OEE, wastages etc.), identify gaps, abnormal and improvement opportunities.
61 Lead the planning, organization, control and execution of site major capex project under principle of manufacturing and project excellence.
61 Responsible for improve site reliability and asset integrity initiatives according Syn standard with the support of regional RAI team and global engineering.
61 Lead the annual budgeting, planning, control and spending for site engineering and maintenance work.
61 Improve process safety of site asset, SCEs through continuously improve on RAI.
61 Constantly review plant equipment and system operations to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate potential problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
61 Properly Manage and maintain a set of engineering documentation consistent with Syn SHEMS and local regulation requirements.
61 Acting as the site accountable person when dealing with regulatory authorities for engineering integrity.
61 Responsible for firing, hiring, developing and appraisal of the team.
61 Drive and lead continuously improvement initiatives on SHE, quality, efficiency and cost reduction.
61 Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
61 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, control, instrumentation, chemical;
61 More than 10 years’ working experience, and minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams of supervisors, engineers & technicians in petrochemical or chemical company;
61 Experience in project management, and reliability engineering principles;
61 Experience in technical procurement, contractor, and service management;
61 Operational knowledge and industry expertise for staying ahead in a competitive market;
61 Rich hazardous chemical plant experience;
61 Good maintenance and project management skills;
61 IT skills: SAP, MS Project, MS Office;
61 English can be as work language.
