任职要求
1. 5年以上封装工艺经验
2. 本科及以上学历
2. 掌握质量相关如SPC、Control Plan、PFMEA、OCAP等规范要求；
3. 熟练使用CAD软件；
4. 有封装可靠性及线上trouble shooting经验。
