Shift Team Leader 倒班值班长

Supervise Shift operational activities, continuously improving the efficiency of people, process efficiency, and system operation, meet the business needs of Process Operation.

支持挤出卷绕经理、套缩包装经理建立过程控制流程并持续跟踪执行情况。负责当班关键过程数据的收集和输入。

Confer with Extrusion&Reeling Manager/Shirring&Finishing Manager, develop process control procedures and continue tracking the implementation. Ensure the collection and input of all required data from all key operational activities.

中夜班和节假日期间，承担工厂运行主要负责人的职责。影响生产活动顺利开展的紧急协调和支持需求，保持与相关职能经理的及时沟通。

Will be the most responsible person on Plant out with office hours. Communicate diligently with all Operational Managers about urgent coordination or support needs during shift, full fill production needs.

安全：推进“零事故”文化、班组未遂事故的汇报，支持安全隐患整改活动。

Safety: Drive a culture of 0 incidents and near miss reporting in Shift team to eliminate risks.

领导倒班团队开展异常处置分析及相关行动，通过有效的沟通、辅导、授权、培训、发展，促进团队成长、提升协作关系，达成并超越客户期望。

Provide leadership to Shift Team for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements, improve working relationships, meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations, through effective communication, mentoring, coaching, training and development.

确保公司安全、卫生、纪律、和质量标准及时沟通到所有倒班班组员工，并维持高标准的执行力。

Ensure company standards timely communication to all Shift employees and maintain high execution standards, these standards including safety, hygiene, discipline and quality standards.

基于确定的评价指标，监管并考核团队成员的绩效表现情况。

Monitor and measure team performance through the use of established metrics.

***化产线运行时间，持续关注5S、SQDIP看板、过程控制、***化产出量。

Maximise uptime, focus on 5S, SQDIP Boards, SPC as well as maximising output all times.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

大专以上学历。

College degree or above.

5年以上生产工厂经验，食品行业/精细化工行业为优；3年以上倒班班组管理经验。

At least 5 years’ experience in a Production environment, food industry/fine chemical industry experience is optimal. At least 3 years’ management experience in a Production Workshop.

基本的英语读写能力。

Basic English reading and writing ability.
