What you’ll do
61 Work with our global teams to realize NPI projects for high volume consumer IOT products, maintain and improve production capability. Learn and understand product design concepts, formalize and share ideas towards design for manufacturing (DFM), design for testability (DFT), and help define product test requirements.
61 Define and maintain the hardware(equipment)/software test specification and test process according to product test requirements. Including safety, performance, efficiency, stability, and budget.
61 Develop, validate, release and maintain product test software in-line with hardware/software test specification and best software development and management practices. Standard test platform, source code control and version management, distribution and deployment.
61 Support the design and build-up of test equipment and fixtures, matching hardware/software test specification. Lead the debug and release of test equipment and fixtures, including Gage R&R, test process CPK, unexpanded measurement uncertainty, test time and yield.
61 Develop test software training, usage guideline, troubleshooting documentation. Support to train supplier technicians in handling on-site test system issues, help production line qualify test operator skill and capability.
61 Identify and share continuous improvement opportunities from perspective of key indicators of performance, efficiency, stability and budget. Support production process modification and relocation (Kaizen, continuous improvement activities, ad-hoc issues, etc.)
Your qualifications
61 BS degree or above in electronic/computer field. Electrical and Electronics or industry automation education background with 3-5 years work experience.
61 Experience with Visual Studio, languages like like C++, C#. Labview experience is a plus.
61 Familiar with microcontroller programming tools, electronic test and measurement instruments (DMM, AC/DC source, powermeter etc.) communication and control (Ethernet, RS232 etc.).
61 Experience in full-stack development, web server and databases is a plus.
61 Problem solving skills and ability to analyze issues and come to solutions quickly.
61 English reading, writing, speaking and presentation skills.
61 Ability to effectively work on multiple projects or complex tasks simultaneously.
61 Proactive with a good team working spirit.
