As a Business Development Specialist, you will lead negotiations and manage

contracts with landlords, act as a key contact for multiple projects, provide

competitor insight intelligence, and oversee the store BOH ratio. Your ability

to coordinate resources effectively and support our business development

efforts will be critical to our success.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively lead negotiating and contracts signing process with landlords.

Including BOHs, regional HUBs and stores.

- Act as Internal and external contact window for multiple upcoming projects,

to gather information and to better coordinate resources in order to accelerate

project agenda.

- Competitor insight intelligence support for decision making process. Also be

responsible for store data collection and presentation preparation as request.

- Store BOH ratio gate keeper by performing analysis on sales needs against

company resources.

- Support line manager for ad-hoc needs per business needs and handle daily

operation process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above; Proficient in English and MS office.

- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a multinational company, with at

least 2 years in business development within the retail industry. A finance

background is a plus.

- Outstanding communication skills and good team player.

- Multi-task management experience, strong coordination, and flexible working

ability.

- Positive and can-do attitude with self-confidence
