Global Job Summary: Engineer’s responsibilities include defining and debugging products, developing reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training. Essential Functions 工作职责:

1. Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define and debug power module, digital controller, driver power device;和设计工程师，现场应用及市场团队合作，定义并调试电源模块, 数字控制器, 驱动芯片, 功率器件等产品

2. Evaluate new products and generate reports; 评估新产品并撰写测试报告

3. Develop application reference circuits; 设计参考线路图

4. Write datasheets, application notes, design notes; 撰写产品规格书，应用设计手册

5. Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers. 向现场应用工程师及主要客户提供技术支持和技术培训

Requirements: 任职要求

1. MSEE or equivalent with 1+ years or Bachelor degree with 3+ years of Power Electronics experience; 应具备电气工程学硕士及等效学历，1年以上电力电子相关工作经验。或者本科学历3年以上相关工作经验

2. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills; 良好的沟通，撰写及做报告的能力

3. Possess hardware implementation skills; 良好的硬件电路实现，调试能力

4. Ability to analyze complex analog and power electronic circuit; 具备分析复杂的模拟电路及电力电子线路的能力

5. Major in Power Electronics or related and working experience in power supply design. 电力电子专业或相关专业，具备开关电源设计经验
