工业工程技术员/IE Technician

Achieve productivity target and continuously improve based on time and Ergo study.

工作任务 Tasks:

1. 标准工时测量；

2. Standard work time measurement

3. SAP routing维护，工作中心创建及维护；

4. SAP routing maintenance, work canter creation and maintenance

5. 产出及出勤工时收集、汇总，辅助生产力计算；

6. Output and attendance data collection and summary, support productivity calculation

7. 参与产能、线平衡规划，瓶颈工位探测

8. Support capacity and line balance planning, bottleneck detection

9. 参与产线及工厂布局的规划；

10. Support line and plant layout planning

11. 参与人机工程基础研究、工作站优化；

12. Support basic Ergo study, workstation improvement

13. 成本、效率、人机工程相关的持续改进；

14. Cost, efficiency, ergo related continuous improvement

15. 领导安排的其它工作

16. Other tasks arranged by line manager

岗位要求 Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程及其相关领域

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in industrial engineering and related field

2. 熟练应用电脑操作和办公软件、Solid Works和Auto-CAD

3. Proficient with PC and MS office, Solid works, Auto-CAD software application

4. 最少1年以上工业工程相关工作经验

5. Minimum 1 years working experience in industrial engineering

6. 熟悉精益生产相关知识

7. LEAN production know-how

8. 极强的系统改善能力

9. Strong capacity in system improvement

10. 具备系统分析和解决问题的能力，且具备团队工作意识

11. Solid in hand, good analysis capability, teamwork spirit and good interpersonal skills

12. 良好的英语语言能力和电脑操作技能

13. Good knowledge of English and computer
