Job Description:
Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March
2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.Responsibility:Responsible for the design, implementation, and/or administration of compensation and benefits plans, programs, and projects. Plan/program areas include but are not limited to the following: Health and welfare benefits, paid time off, insurance, mandatory benefits, retirement and capital accumulation plans, base pay, incentive bonus plans, executive compensation, profit sharing plans, and commission plans. Programs include but are not limited to the following: Open enrollment, stock participation plans, stock option plans, Focal review budgets and process. Responsibilities may include: Competitive analysis, costing and funding of plans, market analysis and recommendations, job family descriptions, job audits and analysis, job classification analysis and recommendations, establishing policies and guidelines, auditing practices against guidelines, stock and dollar budgeting, strategic scanning of the external environment, lobbying, external reporting, and vendor management. Individuals act as internal experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers and represent the corporation to external groups, agencies, and vendors. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in human resources (Degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting will be an added advantage)3 + years of HR experience, specifically in: Compensation, Benefits, HR solutions, guidelines and policies, including 2+ years of compensation and benefits experienceAbility to deal with ambiguity and change is a must.Strong stakeholder management, influencing and partnering skills.Fluent English-speaking abilityThe applicant must also have comfort with analyzing and processing data and drawing insights from the same.
