61 Process logistics project with necessary understanding of customs rules.
61 Maintain smooth communication among the company, agent, customer, and ensure customer satisfaction.
61 Monitor agents’ KPI and ensure all the instruction followed up successfully.
61 Order processing
61 Daily, inventory reconciliation at the end of the month
61 Create file and billing correctly, perform invoice processing as per requirement.
61 Prepare all required traffic and financial reporting for related parties in time.
61 Work overtime required sometimes.
61 Perform other related duties as assigned
