§ By setting up and continuously strengthen relationship to get more customers and sales opportunities, through various channels to develop domestic and overseas customers. Achieve sales target and budget. 通过各种渠道,开发对国际货运有需求的国内外客户,通过建立和不断强化关系来获得客户更多销售机会,完成销售目标和销售预算。
§ Plan and execute the customer visit. Collect customer needs through visits and provide professional solutions to customers. 自主安排客户拜访,了解客户需求,并给出专业化的解决方案
§ Arrange the quotation and revision of price according to the company development strategy. Duly input the customers’ information into CRM system. 根据公司的销售策略对客户需求进行报价和修订价格,按要求完成客户信息的CRM系统录入。
§ Positively feedback customer and market information, analysis and management of customer data, measure own performance and find new trend of customers, decide correct action plan. 积极反馈客户和市场动态,分析和管理客户数据,以衡量自己的业绩并发现客户的新趋势、新情况,并决定将采取什么样的行动计划。
§ Cooperate with relevant departments, make sure that customers‘ problems can be solved as soon as possible to achieve high customer satisfaction. 和相关部门保持良好的合作关系,确保及时解决客户的各种问题,提高客户满意度。
§ According to the actual circumstance of sales and market dynamics, set out sales departmental budget, control selling cost, budget adjustment and put forward improvement program. 根据销售业绩实际情况和市场动态,制定销售部门预算,控制销售成本,并及时作出预算调整及改进方案。
§ Have effective communication and coordinate with internal departments, Cooperate with the business to the largest extent, continue to promote the sales target and strategy effectively. 协调公司内部各部门,进行有效沟通,以***限度配合业务开展,持续推进销售目标、策略的有效进行。
§ Control personal and departmental accounts receivable, professional sales training and cross-functional business knowledge training for sales staffs. 个人与部门的应收账款控制,对销售人员进行专业销售培训及跨职能业务知识培训。
§ Responsible for the other works assigned by management. 完成管理层布置的其他工作。
