【Job Responsibilities】:
1. Responsible for the management of social insurance and housing provident fund for the China headquarters and various branches, including but not limited to the registration, modification, and cancellation of social insurance and housing provident fund affairs.
2. In charge of labor employment registration and regularly review and update employee social insurance information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
3. Maintain good communication with social insurance institutions and promptly handle inquiries and issues related to social insurance.
4. Assist in processing employee social insurance benefit applications and reimbursement procedures.
5. Keep track of the latest changes in social insurance policies and provide compliance advice to the company.
6. Complete routine work assigned by leaders and other temporary tasks.
【Qualifications】:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Social Security, Law, or related fields, with proficiency in English.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, familiar with social insurance-related laws, regulations, and operational processes.
3. Possess good communication skills and a team spirit.
4. Meticulous, responsible, capable of independently handling complex social insurance affairs.
5. Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
【岗位职责】:
1、负责中国总部及各分公司的社会保险、公积金管理,包括但不限于社保和公积金的登记、变更、注销等事务。
2、负责人员用工登记,并定期审核和更新员工的社保信息,确保数据的准确性和完整性。
3、与社保机构保持良好沟通,及时处理社保相关的咨询和问题。
4、协助处理员工的社保福利申请和报销流程。
5、跟踪最新的社保政策变化,为公司提供合规建议。
6、完成领导交待的日常工作及其他临时性工作。
【任职要求】:
1、本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、社会保障、法律等相关专业优先,英语熟练。
2、至少3年相关工作经验,熟悉社保相关法律法规和操作流程。
3、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
4、细心、责任心强,能够独立处理复杂的社保事务。
5、熟练使用办公软件,如Excel、Word等。
